I wish there was something to report. Saturday the city of Portland got .9 inches of snow; we got nothing. Cold and sunny with stiff breezes on Sunday. You can get around but it is all spring-like conditions.

I hate to report that we only got 4 inches of snow this week. We’re still not grooming. Where is that big storm?
We had to postpone the Poker Rally. We hope for some snow soon so that we can reschedule. We will keep you posted.

Well I was out this afternoon to check around. We ARE NOT grooming. We had 4 inches of snow Thursday night into Friday morning and then rain.
The fields where we ride that were plowed are rough with some dirt showing through but I found some smooth fields. It was a beautiful day and I’m glad I went out even though I only saw 2 other sleds in the fields. Wet wet spots in places, be careful. Ride at your own risk.

Snow!! but not alot. We got about 6 inches of light fluffy snow during the night. Grooming has not begun yet. The smaller groomers might be out today – we still need more snow for the big ones. We wish we could be out there but we will update this page if the groomers can get out. Be safe…watch for ice…prepare for cold. It was only 2 this morning. Hope Saturday’s snow doesn’t miss our area.
Trail work is still going on. Join us Sunday mornings at 8AM at the sign shed on Route 302 across from Osgoods if you can help.

Well, we got a dusting of snow today. The grass is still not covered. Weather report is for 40 degrees tomorrow? We’re beginning to wonder if we still live in Maine. We think it will turn around soon but are as sad as everyone that there is no riding yet.
Patience is a virtue!
